Our trusted catering suppliers offer a range of food and drinks packages from street food menus, gourmet sharing platters or canapés to formal black-tie Christmas dinners.
Want to use your own caterer ? No problem, there is no buyout for bringing in external caterers.
You can BYO alcohol. There is no corkage fee at Shoreditch Studios and a small fee for corkage at Kachette.
Shoreditch Studios and Kachette are licensed until midnight with late extensions available for an additional fee.
You can dress the venue for any theme.
You can bring in your own production suppliers or choose from our great range of suppliers for furniture, lighting and AV. We can even recommend the best Christmas party DJ’s too!
We pay 10% dry hire commissions to event planners for confirmed bookings.

Perfect for: Informal standing receptions, small Christmas parties, office end-of-year parties.
Standing reception capacities: Arch 1 can accommodate 70 to 180 guests standing or up to 330 guests for whole venue bookings which includes the large back room.
Seated reception capacities: Long table Christmas dinners for 60 to 110 guests with an additional room for your after-dinner party with DJ's or a live band.
Dry hire: Arch 1 only from £3,500 (+VAT) or whole venue from £5,000 (+VAT)

Perfect for: Large Christmas parties, seated Christmas dinners, large drink reception parties.
Standing reception capacities: Shoreditch Studios can host 100 to 350 guests for a standing reception. If you keep your guest numbers to 250 standing guests, there is still plenty of space for breakout areas, themed bars or a chill-out lounge.
Seated reception capacities: Shoreditch Studios is perfect for long table dinners for 100 to 160 guests in Studio 1 with an additional party room in the adjoining room Studio 2.
Dry hire: Whole venue from £6,000 (+VAT)

Now that you are interested in booking one of our unique railway arch venues for your Christmas party it is time to discuss availability. Due to the popularity of our venues, we can’t hold December dates for long. If you do pencil a date, consider it a 24 hour hold as there is too much interest in dates to hold a date for any longer. To secure your Christmas party booking, we require a signed contract and 50% off your dry hire invoice paid.
