Shoreditch London have over 15 years experience hosting game launches, gaming industry events and hackathons in our unique warehouse event spaces Shoreditch Studios and Kachette.
According to the Global Games Market Report, UK is the 6th largest video game market in the world generating over $4.5 billion in gaming revenue. The events sector is driving this growth with major game launches all hosting launch events and game previews for influencers, bloggers and game industry press to help boost game sales.
A new trend in gaming events, which I’m sure we will see a lot more of is game brands teaming up fashion brands for game launch events. #Hypexcod was a collaboration between Hype Clothing and Activision at Kachette for the beta launch of Call Of Duty Black Ops 4. Hype also hosted a collaborative event with Playstation to launch their exclusive range of #Hypexplaystation clothing. (See video below).
Fitness, sporting and streetwear fashion brands are well positioned for game launches so watch this space for future event collaborations.
We regularly host game launches for major gaming brands including Activision, Electronic Arts and Microsoft Studios and industry leading consoles Sony Playstation and Microsoft Xbox.
